Would totally do this if I had the cash. Oh well.

But, for my curiousity - do you guys study with just the slides? I signed up a while ago, and I think they only gave you the slides, practice quizes and syllabus. Also, they recommend a text book, which, I guess the quiz follows

Another MBA program from Patten does the same thing, but has a College Algebra and also Economics requirement (I would just take both economics courses, it just requires the Macroeconomics course prereq...)
For Patten, they also accept NA degrees as well as RA degrees for admission, there are no "years" of work experience though, and it's a bit cheaper than the WGU option. Some have finished it in less than 4 months.

Patten requires Micro (not Macro) for their MBA prereqs. I'm not sure why you would bother taking both, they won't go to satisfy any of your gradwork.

Oh yea, good catch, I knew it was one or the other economics course, didn't check to make sure.
I would take both as it's personal preference, plus some BSBA programs require both economics courses.

From what I have read, if you learn the slides, you will pass.

If someone could confirm that, that would be great.

Also, what are the rules about failing? Can you take it again right away, wait 3 days, wait 3 months, etc.

Looking forward to June!

I think it's also really nice that Davar gave us the news early so we could prepare ahead of time. I know I'm definitely going to take advantage of this. I was planning on using Study.com to complete the rest of my credits. But $99 for Unlimited exams and only $15 for the proctor service can't be beat. Really hoping to knock out the rest of my courses for September Graduation.

Definitely hope someone who's taken the Davar courses can confirm the slideshow study method.

Has anyone done their managerial communications exam? Considering it in place of SL business comms for my BSBA core comms course.

Here is my list of exams to take next month (overly optimistic, but we will see):

intro to computing
principles of finance
international management
intro to accounting

AND IF TIME ALLOWS

managerial comms
earth science
meteorology

Now, time is scarce...but if I can even get a few of these done, it will have been well worth it, and save a month of time off of completing my degree!

When I took a course from Davar I got the book, down loaded pdf and quizzes. The PDF is pulled from the book. I would recommend going through the chapter quizzes to help get ready for the final. As a reminder the essays are short and you should not be intimidated to answer them. I feel you can spot what they will compare or contrast in the pdf's that are provided. I hope this helps. I am definitely looking to catch up on some credits with this offer.
