Current fastest/least expensive option for RA credits?

Forgive me if this is covered in another thread, but in searching the archive I couldn't find a current, clear post describing best options. 

I have several colleagues who are specifically interested in a TESU degree (preferred over UMPI due to less stringent distribution requirements.) 

Now that the Pierpoint associates degree is no longer as free/easy as it was, are there any inexpensive options to earn the minimum required RA credits for TESU? Obviously state community college programs with low/no tuition are one option, my question is whether there are other options that are quicker/easier than community college classes.

Fastest ways are the TECEP exams offered by TESU. They don't count towards residency unless you are military, but they can help very quickly obtain the other 15 credits out of the 30 RA or NA required by TESU. Another option is a school like Genesis University, where NA credits can be obtained through classes at 8 weeks. ASU Learner is a good option too, self-paced and around 6 weeks after enrolling, if you are quick.

Those are the ones that come to mind.

You could also enroll at UMPI as a non-degree student to take courses to transfer to TESU.

TEL Learning is another option. Credit from RA partner schools for $100 per semester hour and largely self-paced.

Sterling College (Kansas) has a variety of online courses for $175 per semester hour.

3 Evaluated it with ECE.
4 Then you'll easily earn 30 RA credits.

Bad news is that you must complete 24 credits in your major after the date your most recent degree was issued. By contrast, if you hadn't presented that "bachelor's degree," TESU would accept all credits toward your major no matter when they were completed.

I'm not the OP however I'm intrigued by this.  A few questions come to mind.

What is FCE?  

What if one completed the credits at ENEB to graduate, but did not apply to graduate, transferred those credits to TESU, then applied to graduate from ENEB after TESU accepts the credits?  Would that be a viable work-around?

If the ENEB credits are not presented as equivalent to a degree, you wouldn't get the disadvantages of the Award of Degrees second or subsequent baccalaureate policy, but you wouldn't get the advantages either; you would still have to complete gen ed, information literacy, and 120 credits total towards your TESU bachelor's.

You should not complete a degree outside TESU and hope to skirt TESU's Award of Degrees policy by not disclosing the degree to TESU.

Something might work out if you could earn the credits from ENEB and defer your graduation from the ENEB degree until after you complete your requirements for TESU and graduate with your TESU degree. But this would depend on ENEB issuing an acceptable coursework-only, no-degree transcript, and the FCE crediting that coursework as equivalent to US RA.
