Is the Credit registry worth it? I’m trying to convert as many courses as possible. Will they show up as the equivalent course at COSC?

It depends on what you think the credit registry will do for you. It won't cause other schools to accept alternative credit they don't already accept directly, for instance. Nor will it prevent you from having to send original transcripts to schools.
It's mostly good for creating a transcript for non-academic purposes... like an employer who wants to see a certain number of credits.
