Credit banking and transcripting of ACE/NCCRS courses

So a theoretical question:

If one takes a bunch of ACE/NCCRS courses, without the intent of earning an associates or bachelor's degree, but for vocational purposes (let's say human services or counseling-type courses),  can one sign up at Excelsior or TESU and get those courses transcripted so that they show as transcripted by a regionally accredited college? If so, which school would be the best option for doing so, and what would the cost be?

They will never been considered RA credit. They will appear on transcripts as transfer credits at best. EC has the OneTranscript for credit banking purposes.
