Coopersmith is amazing!
#1
I wish Coopersmith had this many courses back in the day. Didn't they used to require writing assignments? Are they now like Davar Academy or the way Davar Academy used to be? For Davar, I remember reading a PDF and testing. It was the most pleasant credit earning experience I had.

The two courses I did, they have a slideshow that you can look at and then test.
They do have short essay questions (I only did like 3 sentences and they took that).

They are great
I pay 160$ for 3 credits (includes proctor fee)
They send you a PowerPoint with a video and review questions. You don’t need the book. The tests are not too difficult and are graded pretty quickly. Last test I took was 50 questions all multiple choice. Most have a few short answer questions

We require assignments for some courses, specifically many English courses, Business Communications and our graduate education courses. There are also lab report requirements for science courses with labs. But for most courses, it's just one final exam.

Nice to see you checking in, Stephen.  Thanks again for all your prompt and helpful email responses last year when I was working on my Excelsior BSLA.

Thank you for the information. What happened to Literacy Instruction 510? Has it been redesigned to be an undergraduate course?

It's still there. We have 2 courses by that name - one undergrad and one graduate. 510 is the graduate version.

I'm not seeing the graduate version under Education, English, or Language. I'm on the courses page.

Yeah, their courses are confusing as it's in alphabetical order instead of by number order...
The course is Foundations of Education (EDU-501) under the Education courses.
