I can't tell you that, since I have no idea.
But you could certainly start with the free TEEX courses, and then the SL programming course, which will teach you programming (obviously a course will be easier for a beginner than an exam).
After that, you could try the Saylor Comp Sci I & II courses/exams.
I think the MIS DSST might be one of the easier ones to study for if you're not super familiar with the material. After that though, it gets more complicated.
If I was interested in getting this type of degree and had no experience, I would take classes at my local CC and start doing things online, and get a job in the field. Because even if you get the degree, without any experience or even knowledge beyond superficial (passing a test but not knowing the material in-depth), you aren't going to be able to get a higher-level job for a long time in the field.
