Hi y'all! I'm trying to explain to a family member that they can get their associates online through CLEP and other tests (I've used many for my undergrad degree and will be finishing up in the next month or so with a BS in Psych!)
Little background: They've had two jobs in both education + health care/admin for around 30 years. But no official degree.
I've looked at tons of the forums and through the degree plan wiki but many seem to be out of date. We also live incredibly rural so the nearest CLEP office is almost an hour away, so other options (the cheaper the better) would be great. And also a program that would possibly except some of the on the job training like special education seminars and medical term, etc. would be awesome.
Trying to come up with a decent degree plan + timeline + budget that I can show them so they can see (and maybe even convince a few more family members too!) that this is really do-able and really helps!
Any ideas? There are so many options and also so many changes happening all the time!
