Clinical Psychology with oversees practicum

Hey guys,

Been researching online masters in clinical psychology and I noticed that all programs require internship and practicum.

1. Are these requirement necessary for obtaining the masters degree? Or are they requirements to get a state license? I live in Dubai and I’m not interested in any state license in the US.
2. Do you know any school that accepts practicum and internship oversees? Like, can I do both in Dubai where I live?
