I recommend against doing math that way, best to just use khanacademy

I don't see why you would outright cross out InstantCert as an option for College Algebra. Our materials for Algebra are very thorough in covering all of the topics listed in the official Collegeboard content outline and most of the flashcards now include a video of the problem being solved/worked out.
My recommendation for the math subjects is always to give the InstantCert flashcards a try. If you find yourself understanding and learning the material, then the approach will work for you. If you find our format too difficult to learn with, then at that point you should look to one of the many other resources out there that take math from a different angle. For College Algebra, I used College Algebra CLEP Free Study Guide! - Free-Clep-Prep.com, and went through all the individual subjects posted. In addition, I went through the subjects that were missing from that on this website: Virtual Math Lab - College Algebra, which was excellent. I used the Official CLEP Study Guide practice test as my basis for what I needed to know and went over it about four times until I scored 82%. If you can do well on the practice test, the actual test seemed easier

Thank you all for taking time out to answer my question.

I love this site and it's flash card system, I've used it many times. It's just my personal opinion that flashcards simply don't work for mathematics. There's no memorization in math, really. It comes down to a fundamental understanding of the concepts, and that only really comes though practice.

I used IC for College Algebra and passed with a very high score. Of course, I'd done well with math in high school and I did have to Google several things that I didn't understand in the flashcards. I think if you have a basic knowledge of College Algebra, use the IC flashcards and then go to Kahn or Google for whatever you don't understand.
