EDU electives and UL elective recommendations

Hey all, 
I'll be finishing up the BLS in Ed. Studies this session.
I've already finished all of the required courses for the minor, leaving me in need of 3 more Upper Level (UL) elective courses.

Has anyone here taken any of the following?
EDU 372 Social Studies for the Young Child 

EDU 378 Creativity in the Classroom 
EDU 351 Elementary Reading

If so, can you please share any details about the competency that you remember (professor, # of milestones, final project type)?

Also, any other UL course recommendations are welcome! 
I've already taken POS370, POS301, POS332 (no need to share details on other POS/HST courses, as these course reviews are stickied)
