Proficiency test

I have a problem, I need to take the proficiency profile test and I don't know where can I find the registration link, I contact TESU yesterday, and they said that with this LINK I can register, so I try to follow the step and still I don't understand,
I'm not able to see where can I start the exam.

This is the email I received from TESU " I've sent a new email to your tesu.edu address.

Way down in the instructions, it tells you to close all applications and launch the ETS Online Testing Browser, and it will prompt you for the session number. These are the key steps that you need to get to. It's all about the browser.
