It will kinda depend on your prior knowledge, interests, aptitudes, etc.

It's one of the hardest CLEPs.
Quantum numbers/pauli exclusion are technically on the syllabus AFAIK -- but not especially highly weighted (you might get one question). Nuclear chemistry is also included. Typically 2-3 questions on nuclear decay and maybe a half life calculation.
