It seems disingenuous to me for them to list the lower rate. That may be "how it's done", but I think it is telling that SHSU and other colleges add in fees to the calculation. It's still damn cheap, don't get me wrong. I just wish sites were more up front about it.
They aren't the cheapest, but what they charge is about average for a public university.
