I am an international student and when you get your marks transferred know that they all take ECE but COSC would be the only one that accepted mine form Joseph Sinley who WGU suggestion. They will tell you what you accept and THEN you can make your decision about enrolling. What they accepted was very fair and straight forward. The only catch is only AFTER you enroll can you pick your BALS concentrations if you are picking one of the non standard ones.
