Dear Alissa,
It appears a little confusing but "Critical Thinking" isn't really a requirement -- more like an "outcome." It doesn't have a credit value but if you have completed the other general education requirements, you should have (and we will assume you do have) the acceptable skill level in critical thinking. So, there is not a specific test for that.
