Charter Oak application status question

I recently applied to Charter Oak. After receiving my transcripts, there is a unmet requirement listed as University of New Haven. Is this something internal for them or did wires get crossed? I have never attended University of New Haven.

Definitely sounds like some sort of mistake. I've never seen anything like that on my evaluation. I was going to recommend that you email the admissions counselor, but I see you've already done that. They can usually straighten this stuff out pretty quickly. Have you received your advising worksheet yet?

I received a response from admissions today. They said there were credits on my Nantucket transcript from New Haven. I had to point out that there is no transcript listed in my application or admissions status from Nantucket. Hopefully, someone will correct the mistake after the holiday.
