Once enrolled with TESU, is it difficult to change degrees? Is there a fee for that? In other words, should I just enroll asap in any degree program to lock in a catalog and worry about the final choice of degree later?

Changing programs is easy, you just ask. If you're just changing concentrations like from BSBA Finance to BSBA Accounting, then that's all there is to it. However if you change degrees like from BA to BSBA, they can force you onto the latest catalog, so it's good to pick the right degree as soon as you can.
