Hello,
Has anyone had courses taken at Department of Homeland Security's Center for Domestic Preparedness evaluated for credit at TESC. They are resident classes. I know that they are not evaluated for credit by the American Council of Education. They are evaluated by IACET for CEU's. I know that TESC will sometimes grant credit to courses that are not universally excepted at other colleges for credit.
The courses that I have completed are
Field Force Operations
Law Enforcement Protective Measures for CBRNE Incidents
Law Enforcement Response Actions for CBRNE Incidents
Intermediate Hands-on Training for CBRNE Incidents
Field Force Extrication Tactics
Initial Law Enforcement Response to Suicide Bomb Attacks
I know that some of these classes are granted credit at AMU and APU but it doesn't say what credits are awarded. I will be asking TESC, but first I would like to get an idea of what other people have been able to do.
Thank you for your time.
