I was just wondering if anyone out here knows how to get rid of car fur on clothing...without stopping to hold my cat
I love petting it but hate the fur... Thanks!

There's a tape roller that you get from pet stores. I like that one better because its larger. The one from the grocery store is so small and costs almost the same. Anyway I had a cat and three dogs for 18 yrs and we always used the tape rollers. The brush just never seemed to work. Plus covering the furniture with sheets until you want to sit is a good ritual to use. Quiet as its kept all the training in the world does not work once you leave the house (they make a beeline for beds and sofas). They are like kids what you tell(train) them not to do, they will do as soon as you are out of sight.

Buy a "love glove". I have one and its a great way to remove excess dead hair from your cat. The cats love it. You put it on and rub them and tufts of fur collect in the glove. If you do that every week there will be much less cat hair floating around the house.

I actually spray my dark pants and skirts with alittle Static Guard before I put them on and it really does keep the pet hair away.

Cockroaches
J/K obviously! Although that solution would likely work, my real suggestion is to say :iagree: to bricabrac. I wear suits a few times a week and find that the best lint brush are the sticky rollers, not the fabric brushes.

:iagree: with the tape roller suggestion. We have a cat and we have found that the tape roller works best.

Hahahha, I have a coworker who takes her cat to get shaved.. Poor thing, he ends up looking like a tiny Mufasa from the Lion King.
I have two cats, and I think Duck Tape works the best. But I tend to buy clothing that the fur doesn't stick to. And only de-fur if I must.
