What title says. As fellow UMPI graduates know, we got a link to order cap & gown (and tassel). I haven't seen info about hood and honor cords. Any pointers?

Schools choose their own honor cord colors.

It's probably optional to wear the honor cord.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

I think I saw someone mention that UMPI doesn't do honor cords?

Undergrads don't get hoods. The cords are for Latin Honors and are provided by UMPI at Commencement.

I got confused as an email about commencement has a picture of a girl wearing hood, so I was like "ok, what about it".

Administration wears hoods. Some students have stoles for various things.
I asked the Registrar and Jessica about getting a tassel and my Latin Honors cord. Jessica told me to contact someone else in the Registrars office. I'm doing that now. I'll pay for them. I just want them!

Did you get the right color? There's different colors for different Latin Honors and a few other things.

I have heard back and the honor cords are not being sent to students. They are being handed out at Commencement practice. I got one sent to me last year because Commencement was virtual. I begged and it's being sent to me. Still trying to find out about the tassel! Oh and packages have started shipping to those whose degree was conferred from Spring 1 session. I just found that out.
