Hi ,
I passed the Pre-Assessment for my Intermediate Algebra on Aleks and have sent the information to ACE for approval . I have been trying to figure out how to enroll for College Algebra for the last hour and just cant find a way . There is no way to look for another course while i am logged into my Aleks account and when i search for College Algebra on :
https://www.aleks.com/about_aleks/course...colalgebra
I find it and click on College Algebra (EN-SP) (ACE) (available with ALEKS 360) <
https://www.aleks.com/highered/math/aleks360 and i reach the registration for free trial account ?
https://www.aleks.com/free_trial/instructor
I have an account , cant i simply add on the the college algebra to my account or do i have to sign up for a new trial account ?
Thank you

You need to log out of the student account and switch classes from the master account.

All the admin features are in the Master account, forcing an assessment, changing classes, everything - creating quizzes, etc.
The student is only used to go through the course material and assessments, nothing else but those two... good luck!

Thanks , Should i wait for ACE to approve the course before i switch it to College Algebra ? I mean i dont want to be redoing the Intermediate Algebra if switching it to College Algebra would remove it entirely from the account . I am hoping that ACE will verify tomorrow that i have completed the course and if they try to check it on ALEKS, i just hope they are able to see that i completed the course and now i am working on College Algebra .

I don't think that question has ever been answered 100%. I remember reading some people have moved on with no problem, while others have had to redo courses. Personally, I waited until it was on my ACE transcript. The good thing is that ALEKS is known for approving courses extremely fast, so you should have credit by tomorrow morning if you don't want to risk it.

Some people will say to wait. I decided not to wait between Beginning Algebra and Intermediate Algebra, but they still gave me credit.
If you want to be safe, don't move on until they approve it. Usually took a few hours for approval in my experience.

I took 5 courses and never waited once. Everything worked out fine. My thought was, if I had to repeat a course, it shouldn't take much more than an hour. Meanwhile, I would waste a weekend.
