IIRC, the Georgia Tech program isn't exactly super competitive and it doesn't matter if you have SDC courses on your transcript or not. The PLA courses just have pass/fail on them, and not a letter grade, just like the SDC courses. I think they don't really care what courses you have or haven't done. Looking at their admission criteria, they only state that you need an undergrad degree in CS or similar and a cumulative GPA of 3.0. Since PLA is pass/fail, a PLA will not help you with that. I'm not aware of any inexpensive graded credits for compiler construction offhand but that doesn't mean there isn't any.

"You just need 30 total RA credits to be able to get the degree" : Where are you getting you need 30 RA credits? Since TESU reduced how may credits you can transfer in to 90,  I have to take 30 credits at TESU? 
Sorry for all the questions, this stuff is confusing to me.

You can transfer in as many credits as you want to TESU. TESU is limiting you to 90 ACE credits per degree. The remaining credits must come from ANY RA college or university, only 6 must come directly from TESU. With all your RA credits from your CC, this is not something you have to worry about.

OH I thought you can only transfer in 90 credits total. Thats where the confusion is coming from lol Im slow, thnks for the quick responses

Areyes2511 - It's actually relatively straightforward - You need to re-read post #9 which you quoted in post #10.  
1) For TESU, Basically - You need to transfer in 114 credits and complete 6 credits at the school - the Cornerstone and Capstone
2) Of those 114, you need 30 that are RA, 24 coming from outside community college or university sources, 6 from the Cornerstone/Capstone

3) You transfer everything you need/want from Study.com or Coopersmith, or another provider, but you need to make sure 24 credits are from TECEPS/TEL Learning or a community college or a university that is regionally accredited.  You can decide on the provider as long as they come in as RA credits.  People here go for either cheap, easy, fast, or a combo of the three.  Pick your poison...

4) Your only concern really is to make sure each of the courses you take, goes into the respective requirements of your degree plan, example, general education, free electives, area of study, etc - cornerstone & capstone.  Once you hit those requirements, your degree is complete!  So, your goal today, is to setup yourself a spreadsheet template, use this as a reference point and also to keep track of your progress...

Flat rate tuition is for students who take 9 credits or more in one term. It has no bearing on the residency waiver fee. If you take anything less than 16 credits directly from TESU, you must pay the $3125 residency waiver fee. You do not have to take all 16 credits at once, though some opt to do so for the cost benefit.

Hm this is from a tesu blog, the flat rate tuition plan is not listed: "For degree-seeking students, a credit hour residency requirement indicates the number of credits you must complete through the University in order to graduate. It does not mean what you must physically come to the University or attend courses at any physical location. However, not everyone has this requirement. Whether or not you have to satisfy a credit hour residency requirement depends upon your enrollment plan. The tuition plans and programs that currently have a requirement include:

I think you're getting several things confused, so here's some clarification for TESU:

Residency requirements - this is referring to taking courses at TESU directly. If you take 16cr, then you meet the residency requirements. If you don't take 16cr, then you have to pay the Residency Waiver, which is currently $3,192.

In-state resident tuition (vs. out-of-state) - this is the amount you pay if you live in NJ, vs. anyone who does not

Per-Credit Tuition - this is the amount you pay per credit up to 9cr in a single term

Full-time Flat-rate Tuition - this is the amount you pay if you're going to take 9cr or more in a single term

So if you are one of the students here who is going to transfer in 114cr and then just take the cornerstone and capstone, then you would pay $6,654 for tuition and fees for those 2 courses (this includes tuition and fees). The cost for the 114cr is going to be dependent on you as to how to get them.
