Thomas Edison is has exams for $99. I see they have Stats and 2 English exams. Do they fufill Excelsiors requirements. Has any one taken these exams?
Can $99 TEC English and Stats fulfill Excelsior requirements?

the TECEP for English Composition I and II should definitely count. They do at TESC, seems reasonable it would work at Excelsior too. Keep in mind this is english composition, not necessarily an English course for a major. STATS should also be fine. However, you also have options with CLEP (composition w/essay), and ALEKS (Stats), so keep that in mind. Also, I'm not sure how a tecep score report would be sent to another school if you didn't enroll with them.

CLEP's english exams will not satisfy Excelsior's WER. I don't know about other colleges' exams.
Excelsior has a 6credit exam but I've heard it's hard. Excelsior has partnered with some organization (I don't remember the name right now) and put out a list of exams including a 3credit less expensive english exam. |
