I contacted TESU Academic Advising about CSU Global's CBE for Cloud Computing & Big Data and whether it would count as an upper level course. This is the response that I recieved from TESU.
"....MIS440, Cloud Computing & Big Data, from CSU Global will transfer in at the 200 level...."
I just wanted to let everyone know as I've seen a lot of threads where this is being used as upper level CIS credit to meet degree requirements, and now it looks like it cannot be used as such.

Quick follow up - It also doesn't come in as lower level CIS, but as CAP-299.

Well, I think that just made the BSBA CIS impossible to test out of!!! Well maybe not impossible, but geez, what a pain! I hate when they do this crap!!!
And since when does TESU take another college's UL course and make it a LL one? I don't think I've ever seen that happen.

TESU has and does downgrade UL courses from other schools.
I'll have to ask them how they would transcribe CSU's ethical hacking exam. Also, I believe some CAP courses can be used for the CIS concentration.
I forgot something. Since the UL TEEX course doesn't duplicate the DSST, you can use that and maybe get an exception for the missing UL credit.

Let me correct myself. There are enough UL credits without the TEEX course.

I'd have to check, but my Edmonds courses transferred over as CAP-299, and I think they're in my CIS area of study.
Edit: I checked. One of my CAP-299 courses is being used in the CIS concentration. So, the CIS degree is still 100% test-friendly.
