I found this on COSC website: Strategic Plan 2018-2022. Interesting reading but nothing declarative. I like some of the things I see and others are not definitive.
Page 15, Strategy 5 , Tactic 2 is what we have seen implemented this year with the requirement of 30 RA credits.
There may be folks here who have more insight into all the details here.

Another interesting item is they are discussing a name change.

Another interesting item is they are discussing a name change. I would love to see them change their name from college to university!

Ack! This is scary stuff. Strategy #1, Tactic # 6, ""Explore a transfer review price for students transferring in most of their degree and therefore taking a minimum of credits from COSC." And, of course, Strategy #5, Tactic #2, "Review current guidelines for the maximum number of credits the college will accept from alternative credit-equivalent sources."
Thanks for sharing.

Do you know something specific ? Or just saying it's getting harder....

My comment was based in these two points:
Explore a transfer review price for students transferring in most of their degree and therefore taking a minimum of credits from COSC.
Review current guidelines for the maximum number of credits the college will accept from alternative credit-equivalent sources.
COSC will always being an option, but based in the context of this forum (gettin degree online by transfer credits) the new COSC chances and the ones that they want to implement in the future (based in these two points), made COSC a bad option for those who look for online degree, at least for a rasonable amount

I don't like the prospect of a transfer credit evaluation fee either, but in the absence of specifics, that statement is premature, to put it mildly.

And this plan has been around since 2018 so nothing is happening too quickly.
While it doesn't give specifics, it's interesting to know a little of what they are thinking.
I do like : " The College's mission is to validate learning acquired through traditional and non-traditional experiences, including its own courses."
