Total speculation on my part, but I wonder if nothing has changed in this regard at TESC. Since the enrollment offers have changed recently, we have changed our advice from waiting until the last year of the degree to pay the large enrollment fee (when these students had 90+ credits to show) to enroll now with the great TECEP option.
If there really is a minimum amount required, that will be helpful to know.
