Regret registering to take EC exam
#1
HI

I didn't know that EC would be so hard. I registered to take two exams and I decided to just take one instead. When I contacted EC, I was told that will only be refunded 50% of the exam I cancelled.

That's crazy, I'm going to lose $125.00 because I don't want to take the exam again. that's unfair.

Did anyone have this problem with EC before?

It states that on the agreement you agreed to before signing up for the test.

BABEY,

Have you already cancelled the second exam? I don't know if you're already aware of this, but you have nine months to take the exam, so you could still take it a little later (assuming you could still use the credits). Just out of curiosity, what two exams did you sign up for and which one did you want to cancel?

If you agree to the terms when you pay for the test in the first place, I think it's reasonable for them to only refund 50%. It does seem like a bummer though.
