I've used 6 voucher. The testing fee reimbursement takes the full 6-8 weeks that they claim. Otherwise, the voucher process is very easy.

First you sign up for modernstates, do a class for the corresponding clep. Once you finish there's an option to request a voucher.

Another thing to keep in mind about SL, they changed the ratio of a lot of courses to put more weight on the final. I know this because it was happening at the same time I was taking them. You use to have finals worth 200,250 on 1000. Now they are almost all 300 and more.
You could almost have all the points to get to 70% with the course quizzes. And basically bomb 100% the final.
All that to say, the older infos you will find on this forum about finishing SL courses fast may be a bit bias. Personally I think you can reasonably expect 2 courses (sometimes 3) per month if you do this part time.
