I just saw this on Collegeboard website but for those who have already purchased tickets for CLEP exams, students can request an extension valid until JUNE 30TH 2021. All one has to do is to email them at clep@info.collegeboard.com with "Exam Voucher- Coronavirus" in subject line and in body of email include name, address, phone# and CLEP exam subject.

That doesn't necessarily mean that College Board expects this sort of lockdown to continue that long, it may just be that they need to give people a reasonably long time afterwards to avoid a crunch in testing centers and to avoid lawsuits.

Also modern states reissues vouchers, and one can request a new voucher once they are sure the test center is open again.
