Hi all! We are getting ready to apply to TESC, and we were wondering exactly where our credits from our CLEPs are... They say they are kept for 20 years, but where do they keep them? All that shows up in the ACE credit bank is the course we did through ALEKS. Anyone know anything about it?

College board keeps a record of them. DSSTs are kept by prometric.
If you are military or former military, both are kept by prometric and you need to fill a military transcript request.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

So I'll just need to fill out a transcript when I need them? (meaning I can't see online what ones I have/haven't taken online) Can the transcript be done online as well?

http://media.collegeboard.com/digitalSer...t-form.pdf this is the link to requesting a clep transcript. If you are not sure what Cleps you have taken if you just check send all scores it should work. I have called the college board help line before and they have been very helpful if you still have questions. In the future if you just request at the time of testing all scores can go directly to TESC. With CLEP's you can not see or request transcript online

Thanks a lot! We weren't previously enrolled in TESC, so we simply didn't send them anywhere. I know what ones I've taken cuz I found my notebook with all the little slips of paper in there, so now to transfer!

My thirteen year old AP results (has it really been that long?) were easy to get from College Board. They are just like the CLEPs, so I don't imagine you would run into an issue way down the road.

Just had my own DSST scores sent to EC...
Here's the link to the DSST transcript pdf.
http://getcollegecredit.com/images/uploa...script.pdf
Just be aware that DSST is set up differently from CLEP in that if you do not want to pay by credit card you've got to send the fee as a money order not a personal check. (I was getting ready to seal up my envelope + check when I spotted this - YIKES! :willynilly
Hope this helps!

P.S. If you want to see all your DSST scores just log into your account on the DSST home page.
