Text books are expensive and usually I find them overwhelming for self study. Depending on the exam I have used REA books (these don't need to be newest edition), Sparknotes, old "Pass your class" study guides, study guides posted on specific exam feedback, etc. These methods are all no or low cost. Using just IC flashcards is just one of IC uses I can't stress enough how helpful The specific exam feedback and searching the forum can be.
I would never accuse anyone of cheating on exams, and I am sorry if something I said made you feel accused. Also I seemed to Hijack this thread by just trying to make a point about expecting too much from one source, I am sorry.
If you read some of the signatures some tell or link to resources they used.
