#1
I am studying to take U.S. History I: Early Colonization to 1877. I was wondering if the questions are multiple choice?
Thanks so much!

Choices A-E. You have 5 choices so if you are guessing blindly during the whole test you would get 20% right. If you are unsure of the answer, do everything you can to eliminate possible answers...let partial knowledge bring you home.

Yes, there are 120 questions and they were all multiple choice. I just took it yesterday and passed. I only studied the night before the test. It was actually pretty hard and I didn't think I would pass it so I was surprised that I got 61.

There were quite a few questions about famous women in the 19th century who advocated for women's rights. Also lots of questions about abolitionists. One question was a map of the Great Lakes region with a cut out of land plots in Ohio and you had to choose what the map related to. For that one it related to the Land Ordinance of 1785. Another questions was about "Shaker" communities which I had no idea about. I just Googled it and they are related to Quakers and practice celibacy and equality of the sexes. Remember that.

If you have any other questions let me know.
