Hi everyone,
I have some old books sitting around from some of the CLEPs/DSSTs that I took, and I'd rather have them go to a good cause than just throw them away. It would be cool if they could keep the testing torch burning, passing on to another person. It's almost sad to think that I'm done with all my tests... None of them are the latest editions, but they certainly worked dandy for me, so I'm sure they'd do the same for you! If there's no interest, that's fine. I just figured that I'd check to see, because it could potentially save someone some $$.
Here's the list:
⢠Barron's Business Law 4th edition (I took the CLEP and DSST business law tests after reading this book).
⢠Comex CLEP Introductory Business Law (not worth much besides the sample test in the back of the book).
⢠Crafting and Executing Strategy 14th edition (I used this book for TECEP Strategic Management, it's an old book but I just took the test this last fall and passed).
⢠Fundamental Accounting Principles 19th edition Book 1 (chapters 1-12) and Book 2 (chapters 12-25) (I used this last year to take Straighterline's Accounting I and II, even though it's one edition old, I imagine it would still work).
⢠The Economics of Money, Banking, and Financial Markets 9th edition (exclusively used this for DSST Money & Banking and worked perfect, again, even though it's one edition old, it still works great).
I tell you what: you send me a link with the cheapest price you can find, whether that's through eBay, amazon, etc. and I'll price match it. For example, if you find one of these books for $3 including shipping, I'll match it. Dollar for dollar, cent for cent.
My goal is not to make money, just to keep the love for college savings passing on.
The condition of the above books is good. Some of them have some highlighting, and some of them don't at all. None of them have any major damageâthe most "major" thing I can find is a few bent corners on some of the hardback ones. I'm even willing to send you a picture of the book if you request.
You can either send me a PM (slower) or email (faster) to americanportal {at} gmail {dot} com
btw, I've been around here for a while so you shouldn't be concerned that I'm a spammer.
If however, you want to verify me, then feel free to check out my ebay feedback under 'americanportal'âI have over 200 positive feedback ratings.
