Does CLEP send out a score report to the college right after taking the test?

Yes, if you choose the college that you want it sent to. You can also wait to send your scores if you haven't enrolled yet. I think it is $20.

Is it $20 per Clep to send the scores after or $20 for all Clep exams taken?

It is $20 for the transcript. You can choose to include all scores, scores over 50, or specific exams that you choose.
