CEO - Chief Execution Officer

Yup, an Execution Officer...  This poop head basically starved 30 animals to death!  And to top it off, she's the CEO of an animal rescue dedicated to helping animals, instead she "executed" them by letting them dehydrate and starve to death inhumanely!  I'm appalled and frustrated, how did she get the position in the first place, and how did she get the animals?!  I wonder if anyone worked under her could have done something about it but didn't...

Before I read the full story, I guessed that she had mental health issues.

I volunteer for a local animal shelter in my area by fostering animals with health conditions till they recover enough to become adoptable. It is a kill shelter though they have a policy that any fostered animals are never killed.

Yeah, she's nuts. Besides living next to starving animals (which I'm sure were not quiet), she lived with the smell of decomposing bodies. Normal people don't live in those kinds of conditions by choice.
