Does anyone know if there are any DSST and CLEP testing centers that offer testing on the weekends.

You may want to check the schools in your area (cc, univ). I used a community college testing center that had both evening and Saturday hours available.

Check out FSCJ - Kent Campus.

It's nice to meet someone else who's from the First Coast, the Bold New City of the South, and Where Florida Begins! Most of the testing centers are only open on weekdays, so yeah, the FSCJ Kent Campus is your best bet.
