We don't know if BJYU is successful in this bid, it may or may not go through... Hopefully if it does go through, whatever changes that are made won't adversely affect companies and contracts under 2U. I see a few colleges/institutions and partners that may be affected by this as 2U has subsidiaries that cater to them...

So, it seems BYJU is determined to purchase 2U, they've bumped up their financing to more than double the previous $1 Billion up to $2.4 Billion...  Last year, BYJU has an incredible evaluation of $17 Billion, I wonder what it's evaluation is now https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...17-Billion
