Sorry about the repetition as I understand that there maybe numerous postings about this topic; however, I don't have access to the specific feedback section any longer being that this exam is relatively fresh (Mods can move this there if they wish).
Anyhow, Do not fear this test. For an upper level DSST, I would rate this a 3.5 (out of 10) in terms of difficulty. Don't get me wrong, you will need to put in the effort; however, don't pressure yourself studying for nearly 2 months like I did (unless you like the topic, of course).
To conclude my ramblings, I haven't seen some of the topics mentioned below that were on my exam:
Ethical Egoism and Relativism (know the definitions)
Martha Stewart and business ethics
social, economical, and legal ethics (just know what they are)
Political action committees vs special interest
Email relating to privacy issues on the job
World Bank vs IMF
Act vs Rule Utilitarianism
Deontological/Kantian ethics
Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act (campaign financing)
Kohlberg's stages of moral development
Food and Drug Administration (the basics)
EPA (the basics)
Alien Tort Claims Act (the basics)

Good Luck!

"You are your own worst enemy. You waste precious time dreaming of the future instead of engaging in the present. Since nothing seems urgent to you, you are only half involved in what you do. The only way to change is through action and outside pressure. Put yourself in situations where you have too much at stake to waste time or resources - if you cannot afford to lose, you wonât. Cut your ties to the past; enter unknown territory where you must depend on your wits and energy to see you through. Place yourself on âdeath ground,â where your back is against the wall and you have to fight like hell to get out alive." -The 33 Strategies of War
