I've heard that BUS 401 is fairly easy and can take a day or less depending on if you already have a project management portfolio from BUS 141/BUS 400. Otherwise, BUS 469 with Professor Jennifer Lynds is short-ish. The Final Assessment is a 5-7 page paper and a 4-7 minute power-point presentation.

How did you do the presentation? She wants the powerpoint, audience, and me visible but I really don’t have a great way of doing that. Thanks!

For my PowerPoint, I leaned a ladder against the wall in the corner of a room and borrowed the phone holder that I use in my car to mount it to the ladder. Then I connected my laptop to a large screen monitor on my desk and positioned my audience close to my desk facing the monitor.
I have a USB connected PowerPoint clicker that is wireless ($10 to $15 at Walmart or Amazon) and allows me to advance the PowerPoint slides from across the room.  I began recording and moved to stand behind my audience for the duration of my presentation.  I had to dim the lights so the monitor could be seen, which means you couldn't see me or the audience very well in the dark, but my voice was clear, I stayed within the time limit, and of course, I uploaded the PowerPoint along with my video recording.
Professor Lynds was satisfied with the video.  I received an "A" in the class.
Hope that helps and good luck.
