So, I guess IC doesn't have flashcards for the business law II exam? Yeah, just discovered that today

Anyone have any recommendations to find some study material? I have taken the clep business law - so I have a pretty good base of info. I purchased the Rudman's Q&A - and have been through it once.

thanks for any help

Matt

If you check out the Specific Feedback for Business Law CLEP, some of the posts talk about Business Law II.

Good luck!

I was going to take the business law II exam, but ended up taking money and banking instead. I did go so far as to purchase the Barron's Business Law book based on recommendation. If you follow the DSST test outline, the Barron's book covers everything mentioned to a tee.

Thanks Geezer - yeah I think I'm going to take money & banking too. I gotta tell you - the feedback for that exam was a little sobering. Seems like one of the tougher exams. I purchased the Barron's business law book and expect it this week - so I'll probably postpone the exam until next week. I did purchase the little green book by REA - one of those "the essentials of ..." books - and I'm impressed! Hopefully between the two I'll be good.

Best,

Matt

You can handle money and banking if you get a firm understanding of the process between the fed, the banks and between bank exchanges. I took the test after studying for only three days (because of time constraints) and passed (barely). The instacert material does a good job of covering the material, but you need to really know the fed. Going directly to the Fed's website was very useful.

I read a really strong review of Barron's Business Law by someone who used it to pass Business Law II. I think the material is very straightforward. He did say to go directly off the DSST outline to save yourself unnecessary reading.

Good luck on both!

I have Snazzlefrag's Business Law II notes, which seem extrememly well laid out if you'd like them. Just shoot me a PM with an Email to send them to.

I must admit I took the BL II exam a while back and failed it by 2 points. I had taken statistics (God I hate math) the same night and failed, so got mad and just took another one at random. (This was before I used Snazz's notes) So... If I was able to take it after only studying for the first Business Law exam and almost passed, it would stand to reason that someone who studied a bit shouldn't have too much trouble.

I check this forum rarely these days, but will try to hit it a few times in the next day or so and check PM's. Just let me know if you need the notes.

Cheers
