I used the version by Alcamo and Schweitzer but both of them are good,even heard some guys passed the Clep with cliffsnotes for AP bio so which ever you like,also for natural science clep, try to brush up a day or two on basic high school physics and chemistry(any free tutorial you find online should do it) that would get you some extra point.
