If you are looking for a school that comes in under TA, you should have a look at Fort Hays. They are very military friendly and one of the cheapest Universities online.

AMU / APU / APUS is well regarded on the government/contracting side and intentionally sit at the max for TA at $250/cr. 16 week semesters with 8 week courses, textbook included in the cost of tuition, CLEP/DSST/ACE/military education friendly.
