Have you looked at Coastline Community College yet?

They're in Cali (O.C.), offer a lot of online courses, and have a rep of being open to accepting nontraditional credits too.

I take my CLEP/DSST exams through them and know that they are very helpful to nontraditional students.

Thanks for the tip on Coastline. Of all the CA CCs I've investigated so far Coastline makes the various Gen-Ed options the easiest to understand, and their CBE TE table crossing is a great find. The only downside I see is that they don't have a lot of short semester course options. Otherwise, thier only 12hr residency requirement makes them the superior choice so far.
