Saylor if you are good at studying on your own and taking 1 test. It's also cheap. But probably not as easy of an exam.
Otherwise Straighterline or Study.com.
Saylor is only one credit, I think.
I thought that the Sociology clep was pretty easy, and it's just one test.

But don't bother with the Saylor Soc course, it's only 1 credit and won't get you the diversity requirement that you need. There are other options for it - Anthropology, World Geography, World History, Comparative Politics, Psychology of Women, World Religions, Marriage & the Family all have test-out or course options for around $100.
