Questions: Ashford, what credits/courses did you take? Can you copy/paste your course list from them? At UofP, what degree were you going for and what year? Can you also get transcripts, copy/paste them? You have many options as you have enough RA credits for COSC/TESU, you can go the test-out option with the Excelsior as well. Another option is the competency based degree programs from schools such as PUG, WGU/UMPI...
Hmm, I actually think it may work out for you to transfer in all 90 credits into University of Phoenix and finish a degree from them, you have 30 residency credits already, you might want to get a degree plan worked out from them and copy/paste your evaluation and see what can be transferred into that degree. If you can transfer everything remaining into the degree, you pay less than the $1400/$2800 at UMPI or a term at PUG/WGU.

UMPI would a very fast and cheap option. However, you'd need to write a bunch of papers. Personally, even if it's a bit cheaper, I don't know that I'd want to get a University of Phoenix degree because the school doesn't have the best reputation.
Your next cheapest options would be COSC or Excelsior. Because you already have 30+ RA credits, COSC would be the cheaper of the two. But they've really limited what alternate providers you can use, so they wouldn't necessarily be the easeist option.
TESU would be the most expensive. The cheapest for a TESU degree is $4500 + alternate credits.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

UMPI BLS w/Project Management sounds like your best option. It will certainly be the cheapest.

If your biggest priority is fast and cheap, I agree with looking in to transferring ACE and other low cost credits back to UoP. That Residency could make a huge difference. The “reputation” of UoP might not matter depending on what you are planning to do afterward. I have a friend who is a Teacher with a UoP degree. So I wouldn’t dismiss that option.

This would only work if you could find ALL other courses (major, UL, etc.) alternatively, and they'd bring in the courses you already had completed and count those UL towards your degree (and I don't know which degree this is for). You'd only have $1400 to play with (to match UMPI pricing), so that would be 3 courses - I know nothing about UofPhx, so I have no idea if you need a cornerstone, capstone, whatever.
Doesn't look like they have a General Studies type degree, unfortunately.
I think UofPhx will end up costing more than UMPI when all is said and done, but it certainly can't hurt to see what they do with your credits.
