The two files seem fine, but you may want to remove any personal info.
The evaluation shows correctly and if it's missing a course or two, it will come through eventually.

Oh crap okay yeah ill fix that up and okay yeah i sent them an email about the whole course mixup thing and as for actfl it was for spanish and i scored high enough for 9 creds

Hopefully, they don't come in as SPA-101/102/201 (like the Spanish CLEP), otherwise, your 101/102 won't have anywhere to go.  You can't fit them into the AOS LL (you have 6cr of 100-level in there already) and your Gen Ed's don't have any non-100-level course you can swap.  SPA-201 will go to the AOS LL, but then you'll need 2 more courses.  Bummer, but that's how that goes.  I thought you might have scored high enough to get a bunch of UL credits there.

But, if they don't overlap with the CLEP, you should be fine.  Wait to see what they bring them in as.

So I got my evaluation from tesu today and looked at where my credits were placed and I'm a bit confused about it. Some seem notbwyere i expected and one of them just isn't included at all. I've already sent my cert copy of actfl score so I'm still awaiting that but does this seem right? If not what should i do? Thanks in advance

The system is automated, just ask them to move things around and they will.
