There are some Penn Foster courses that I am taking, that are approved through ACE. One of them is White Collar Crime and the other is Private Security. Does anyone know if they will transfer over to excelsior as , since the course equivalents are upper level? Or will they just give you the ace recommended lower level credit for it?

TESC gave me a lot of upper level for lower level ACE Penn Foster courses.
However from what I heard Excelsior usually gives lower level equivalents to ACE courses.

Excelsior will with what ACE says. If ACE says upper level, they will count as upper level if ACE says lower level, then EC will take them as lower level. Penn Foster started offering Bachelors degrees and added new classes that were level 3 and 4 like International Business. However most of those classes were not evaluated as upper level by ACE.
