Is just the REA book sufficient for the Marketing CLEP?

I'm one CLEP away from obtaining my AA in a year. Ive decided to take the Marketing CLEP since it is usually one of the easier ones. I have the REA book and wanted to know if its sufficient enough? My Instacert subscription expired and I'd rather not pay 20$ to renew it but if it will help then I would mind.

Yes, I passed the Marketing Clep with the REA book.

Yes, the REA book is really good.
It also has 3 full-length practice tests instead of just two (the book looks pretty thick until you separate the tests portion from the reading portion!  ).Get all the concepts down, and good scores on the practices (about 60), and you'll do great. I also did this test without IC, and did fine.

Yes, i got a 74 of 80 with the REA Book. Read it 3 times and did the exams in the back.

I used mostly just the REA book and felt that it prepared me fairly well. It does seem to not cover a few topics, which could be filled in by the IC flashcards. (In retrospect, I would have appreciated if I had had more time to look over the flashcards too.) If you really understand the concepts and terms, you will probably be fine with just the REA. If you want to feel extra comfortable, I'd supplement it with another resource. To make sure you cover everything, check the table of contents against the breakdown of the Marketing exam on CollegeBoard's website. Another very helpful tool is the Official CLEP Study Guide practice test.

Every study source, IC in particular, is well worth the investment towards PASSING your exam(s); or perhaps the option of having to re-take it in 6-months is appealing to you or any student....why risk it?
