I planned to do the first grouping feeling more is better and broader yet specific in one certificate, but I want to get others opinion.
Master in Arts in Professional Development
with
Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management
and
Graduate Certificate in Adult Training Development
or
Master in Science in Human Resource Training & Development

I personally like the top set Norema. Will it take much longer to do all of that then just the other Masters?

Is that Amberton University's MA in Professional Development? Their grad courses look very interesting.

Yes, it is Amberton and their graduate certificates are just 12 credit hours. For those that need certificates to be 18 credit hours, they do have additional courses that could be taken along with their Graduate Certificates. That is what I am doing with their Human Resource Management certificate.
