Relocating
#1
So I'm 24, I have 4 classes till I graduate with my BA in Business Management, and I'm considering relocating down south. I was wanting to try to score a job at an online supplement retailer in Boca Raton. I was going to try getting an interview, then use my vacation time to fly down and see how it goes. If successful, how would I go about renting an apartment there and start living? I'd have to leave my current job to head to Florida if I got offered a position, so I would have no steady income available to go off of when trying to rent for that short period of time. I'm just trying to get all my ducks in a row before executing this plan, any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Regards,

Regards.

when I relocated from the east coast to the west coast I stayed at a house that regularly hosts short-term interns and such until I found my own apartment. The owner lists through homestay pages, so maybe there are similar options in Florida?

Florida's great, but it all depends on what profession you're going to be doing or what jobs you're going to be holding...
The real estate market there is hot, if I was in real estate, that's one of 5 states I would be buying in, but that's besides the point.
You're young at 24, you can do pretty much what you want to get into, just take your time and be persistent in getting it done.
